Responsibilities

• Maintain nursing guidelines by updating policies and procedures.
• Schedule and assign nursing staff to meet resident needs.
• Provide compassionate support to Residents and families.
• Provide information to Residents and Staff by answering questions and requests.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintain Resident confidentiality by handling information securely.
• Audit Resident and department records to document care.
• Maintain nursing supplies inventory.
