Responsibilities

• Maintain nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
• Schedule and assign nursing staff to complete resident care requirements.
• Provide support to residents and their families to establish a compassionate environment.
• Answer questions and requests, providing information to residents and staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment by following procedures and regulations.
• Protect resident confidentiality and ensure proper information processing.
• Document resident care services by auditing records in the department.
• Maintain nursing supplies inventory and other duties as required.
