Job summary

Personal Healthcare Management LLC is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee daily shifts for residents in a facility in New York. You will monitor nursing staff performance, ensure care plans are followed, and coordinate with the Director of Nursing.

The role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise in geriatric care, and compliance with facility policies. Evening and night shifts available; excellent benefits and a sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

RN license required or in-state eligibility.
BSN or higher preferred.
CPR/BLS certification required.
Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience; management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily delivery of nursing care and staffing performance.
Plan and conduct staff meetings to improve services.
Identify problems in nursing care and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate nursing services with other resident services for continuity of care.
Perform written and oral reports to Director of Nursing as needed.
Oversee adherence to policies and confidentiality of resident information.
Develop work assignments and delegate authority to Charge Nurses.
Ensure emergency equipment checks and safety standards are maintained.
Assist in orientation and performance evaluations for nursing staff.
Support infection control and safety programs across the unit.
