Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania Sewickley Campus is seeking an RN Supervisor for the Long Term Care unit. The role is part-time with evening hours (2:45 pm - 11:00 pm) and offers compensation of $36.88 to $43 per hour based on experience, plus additional evening and night shift premiums.

Formación

• RN license is required.
• CPR certification prior to or upon employment.
• Computer skills and comfort with electronic records are expected.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise nursing staff to ensure safe, timely resident care.
• Monitor care plans and medications per physician orders and IDCP.
• Notify physicians and families of changes in resident condition as needed.
• Assist and coach staff to improve performance and care delivery.
• Maintain documentation and comply with regulations and policies.
• Participate in orientation and nurse recruitment/retention efforts.
