Qualifications

• Current CPR certification is required.
• Temporary Practice Permit for a Graduate Practical Nurse or an LPN License is required.

• Good nursing judgment and patient care assessment abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, delegate and administer total care for residents on a specified shift and unit.
• Develop comprehensive care plans based on accurate resident assessments.
• Provide work schedules and assignments to the nursing team and ensure quality care.
• Conduct performance reviews and participate in disciplinary actions when needed.
