Salary ranges from $50 to $55 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate will hold an active PA RN license with experience in long-term care, and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Must have current Pennsylvania RN license.
• Must have experience in long term care/skilled nursing.
• Strong managerial/supervisory skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Orient clinical staff to their job responsibilities and provide leadership in clinical problem solving.
• Nurse will evaluate and schedule in-services/training as needed.
• Ensure department activities and records are in adherence to AAAHC and various licensing and regulatory requirements.
