Job summary
Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania – Elizabethtown Campus is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor for the Health Care Center. This full-time role offers evenings or nights with no weekend shifts and an hourly pay range of $33 to $45.75 plus shift premiums.
The RN Supervisor leads a 23-bed unit, coaches the nursing team, ensures care per IDCP and physician orders, and supports performance reviews. PCC is used for seamless documentation and communication.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse is required.
- Current PA RN licensure required.
- CPR certification required prior to or upon employment.
- Previous leadership and long-term care/geriatric nursing experience preferred.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitor nursing care by visiting residents to ensure continuity and evaluate care per IDCP and physician orders.
- Communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality with staff, residents and families.
- Maintain knowledge of state regulations and ensure unit compliance.
- Attend in-service programs and stay current with transitional care practices.
- Act as advocate for patients and support ID team education.
