Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating care plans, and performing resident assessments as needed. Strong leadership and PA RN licensure are required.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a Registered Nurse with licensure in PA.
• Strong leadership and geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• Computer skills and experience with electronic medical records required.

• Monitor and coordinate nursing care on the unit to ensure continuity and adherence to care plans.
• Provide direct resident care and assist physicians during rounds or treatments as needed.
• Serve as a resource and coach to the nursing team for the shift and participate in performance evaluations.
