Job summary

Leisure Chateau Premier Subacute Care & Rehab Center is seeking an RN Supervisor for a Mon-Fri 3pm–11pm shift. The role coordinates total resident care, supervises nursing units, and oversees admissions, discharges and daily care activities.

The position requires an accredited nursing degree, active RN licensure, and long-term care supervisory experience. Competitive benefits and full-/part-time options are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current State registration.
• Experience in the nursing field.
• Supervisory experience in long-term care required.

Responsibilities

• Verifies daily staffing and redistribution as necessary.
• Collaborates with charge nurses to exchange resident care information.
• Makes rounds to assess residents' condition, prioritizing critically ill cases.
• Ensures the nursing care plan is followed for each resident.
• Performs medication passes and direct resident care as needed.
• Participates in resident care committee meetings.
• Reinforces training and orientation of nursing staff.
• Responds to emergencies throughout the shift.
• Maintains a safe and sanitary environment for residents and staff.
• Monitors building security during evening/night hours per protocols.
• Reviews incident reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Learns and applies Quality Improvement Program activities.
• Interacts professionally with residents, families, staff and visitors.
