Laurel Brook Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring an RN Supervisor for a 3 PM–11 PM, Monday–Friday schedule. The role oversees nursing operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and leads nursing staff to deliver high-quality resident care.

The facility offers benefits and a supportive work environment. Daily pay is available, and compensation ranges from $38.00 to $60.00 per hour based on experience.

Formación

• Must have a current, active RN license in New Jersey.
• BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Minimum 4+ years of nursing experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care to ensure safe, effective care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff on assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and document interventions.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families about changes in condition.
• Prioritize care based on clinical urgency across multiple residents.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations and safety standards.
• Promote teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
