Laurel Brook Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Mount Laurel Township, NJ, is seeking an RN Supervisor for full-time, Monday–Friday, 3 PM–11 PM. The role leads nursing staff, ensures safe, high-quality resident care, and supports regulatory compliance in a dynamic sub-acute and long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS CPR certification.
• Minimum 4+ years nursing experience in healthcare.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
