Job summary

Willow Creek Health Care Center in Clovis, CA is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for the Day Shift. This full-time role leads the evening nursing team and ensures high-quality resident care, compliance with regulations, and smooth shift operations.

The RN Supervisor will oversee staffing, coordinate care planning, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and families to maintain excellent outcomes and safety. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience (SNF experience preferred).
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with EHR systems (PCC preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff including LVNs, CNAs, and Treatment Nurses.
• Coordinate and participate in resident care and perform skilled assessments.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as needed.
• Make rounds and provide shift reports.
• Monitor and respond to changes in resident condition and emergencies.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, healthcare providers, and families.
• Oversee admissions, care planning, and documentation compliance.
• Participate in quality assurance programs and regulatory surveys.
