Job summary

Seacrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor for a part-time role. The position supports daily nursing operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and leads nursing staff to promote optimal resident outcomes.

Responsibilities include supervising care, overseeing staff, monitoring residents, and ensuring documentation and communication with physicians and families. New Jersey RN license and BLS CPR are required; 2+ years recent nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Minimum of 2+ years nursing experience in healthcare.
• No supervisory experience required; training provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff, residents, families, and regulators.
• Solid knowledge of nursing practices, laws, regs, and center standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care to ensure safe, effective, timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff on shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and document interventions.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents and families about changes.
• Manage multiple residents and prioritize care by urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote positive work environment through teamwork and professional leadership.
