Job summary

Seacrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor for a part-time role. The position supports daily nursing operations, assures regulatory compliance, and leads nursing staff to promote optimal resident outcomes.

The role requires an active New Jersey RN license and BLS CPR certification. You will oversee care delivery, coordinate with physicians, residents, and families, and help maintain high clinical standards in a sub-acute/long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active RN license in New Jersey.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced environment.
• No prior supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care to ensure safe, timely treatment.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff on assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and document interventions.
• Ensure compliance with orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Communicate changes in condition with physicians and families.
• Prioritize care based on clinical urgency and manage multiple residents.
