Job summary

Seacrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for full-time, part-time, and per-diem roles. Shifts include 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM with a $2 shift differential for specific evening and night shifts.

A $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time is offered, with daily pay available and experience-based pay between $37 and $46 per hour. We are a 171-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility focused on compassionate, resident-centered care

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing (NJ).
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician plans and written care plans.
• Follow and implement care plans set by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of NJ.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
