Seacrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in New Jersey is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for a part-time role. The position oversees daily nursing operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and leads nursing staff to deliver safe, compassionate resident care.

Responsibilities include supervising care, coordinating with physicians and families, and maintaining high clinical standards. Competitive hourly pay and weekend coverage are included.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active RN license in New Jersey.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to oversee care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.

Rate Range: $45.00/hr.-$50.00/hr. (all inclusive)

Responsibilities for RN Supervisor:

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.

Qualifications for RN Supervisor:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.
• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
