Job summary

Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation Center at Fletcher seeks a 3 to 11pm RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Florida RN license, has at least one year in a nursing leadership role, and uses strong communication and problem-solving to drive quality and compliance. You will supervise RNs and other staff, develop policies, conduct rounds, and collaborate across departments to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Florida RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in nursing leadership.
• Strong clinical and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and guidance to Registered Nurses and other healthcare team members to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care
• Develop and implement effective nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
• Conduct regular rounds to assess the quality of patient care and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
• Monitor and manage staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage and effective use of resources
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of corrective action plans
• Foster a culture of openness, respect, and transparency, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
