EPIC Healthcare is hiring an RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff during the evening shift and ensure high-quality resident care. The role involves direct patient care when needed, rounds, and collaboration with the health team to coordinate care plans.

Qualifications

• RN license in Pennsylvania is required.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in nursing home or long-term care settings.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to nursing home care.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during the evening shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM).
• Assess resident care needs and provide direct nursing care as necessary.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing care to ensure adherence to standards and regulations.
• Handle emergencies and urgent situations effectively and calmly.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists and other healthcare professionals to plan and coordinate resident care.
• Conduct rounds to assess resident conditions and address concerns.
• Complete documentation and maintain accurate resident records.
• Provide guidance, training and support to nursing staff.
