Job summary

Parkhouse Nursing and Rehab Center in Pottstown, PA is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for a full-time evening shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM). Lead a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to deliver compassionate, high-quality resident care.

The role includes overseeing staffing, policy implementation, performance evaluations, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with the leadership team to drive quality improvement and positive resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license and current registration.
• Experience supervising nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs).
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational goals
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including staff performance evaluations, incident reports, and quality improvement initiatives
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure excellent customer service
