Job summary

Epic Healthcare in New Jersey is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for the 3 PM - 11 PM shift to lead evening nursing operations and ensure residents receive high-quality care in accordance with care plans.

You will oversee admissions, discharges, and assessments, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while communicating with families and interdisciplinary teams to maintain a positive, supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• Prior supervisory experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and provide leadership during the 3-11 PM shift.
• Oversee admissions, discharges, and resident assessments.
• Ensure high-quality, compassionate care in accordance with care plans and regulations.
• Support and guide staff, addressing issues and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
