The Grand Healthcare is seeking an RN Supervisor for the 3PM–11PM shift in New York. This role leads the evening nursing team, ensures smooth operations, and maintains quality care within a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Current NY RN license.
• Long-term care/SNF experience preferred.
• Previous nursing leadership or Unit Manager experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Comfortable leading a team and making decisions independently.
• Basic computer/documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff throughout the shift.
• Monitor resident care, documentation, and follow-through.
• Provide clinical guidance to nurses and CNAs.
• Address resident and family concerns.
• Review care plans and resident needs.
• Respond to changes in condition and clinical issues.
• Make sure the unit is properly staffed, organized, and supplied.
• Work with nursing leadership to resolve problems and maintain quality care.
