Bethesda Grand Nursing in Willmar, MN seeks anexperienced Evening RN Supervisor to lead the evening nursing team, administer medications and monitor resident health. You will report to the Director of Nursing and support a positive care culture, ensuring safety and quality for all residents.

The role requires MN RN licensure, geriatric care knowledge, and supervisory experience. Evening shifts run 2:00 pm–10:30 pm, with holiday and weekend on-call rotation as applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate from approved school for nursing and currently licensed in the State of Minnesota as a Registered Nurse.
• Maintaining 24 continuing education credits every two-years.
• Attending in-services and workshops to update knowledge of geriatric care.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical care to residents and monitor health changes.
• Assess residents and communicate changes to care team and physicians.
• Restraint and side rail assessments and documentation.
• Lead evening nursing team and ensure quality care and safety.
