Bethesda Grand Nursing in Willmar, MN is seeking an Evening RN Supervisor to lead the evening nursing team and oversee resident care. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and provide guidance to staff to ensure safety and high-quality care.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from approved school for nursing and currently licensed in the State of Minnesota as a Registered Nurse
• Maintaining 24 continuing education credits every two-years
• Attending in-services and workshops to update knowledge of geriatric care.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical care to residents and monitor health changes.
• Supervise RNs, LPNs, NA/Rs in the implementation of quality resident care.
• Communicate changes in resident health to primary doctor, charge nurses, and resident families.
• Lead evening team members and coordinate with physicians and families.
• Perform Heimlich Maneuver and/or CPR when needed.
• Complete daily charting and assist in discharge planning as required.
