Job summary

Hampden Post Acute is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead daily nursing operations and ensure safe, high-quality resident care. The role requires an active MA RN license, BLS CPR, and at least 2 years of nursing experience. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and support leadership across shifts.

The full-time position runs 3 pm to 11 pm with no weekend work. Competitive pay ranges from $38 to $60 per hour, plus the option for daily pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active MA RN license.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• No prior supervisory experience required; training provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and center standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care to ensure safe, effective, timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff on assigned shifts.
