Gulf Valor Rehabilitation in Pensacola, FL is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care. You will supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and medication aides, perform admissions assessments, monitor resident conditions, maintain documentation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to uphold safety and compassion.

The role emphasizes infection control, staff mentorship, and timely response to changes in resident status, with the goal

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the state.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to supervise multiple care roles and coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care
• Support activities of daily living
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect residents and teammates
• Other duties as assigned
