Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan Woodland provides individualized nursing care using the nursing process across all care phases. You will collaborate with residents, families and the interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.

Must hold an unencumbered MN RN license; multistate licensure is allowed if in an NLC state. This full-time role offers an evening shift (2:00pm–10:30pm), a 32-hour bi-weekly schedule and a generous benefits package, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota.
• Multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process across all care phases.
• Collaborate with residents, families and the interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, education, and various nursing interventions.
• Delegate appropriate tasks to licensed or unlicensed staff as needed.
