Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan Woodland in Brainerd, MN provides individualized nursing care using the nursing process and collaborates with residents, families and the care team to plan, implement and evaluate treatments.

Evening shift from 2:00pm to 10:30pm with full-time schedules, weekends on a rotating basis, shift incentives and a sign-on bonus for eligible applicants; benefits and ongoing education opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred, BSN preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota; multistate licensure acceptable where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process and coordinate with residents, families and care teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, education, and oversee nursing interventions in alignment with state Practice Act and professional standards.
