Job summary

Sanford Health in Maplewood, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse for evening shifts at Good Samaritan Maplewood. The RN will provide resident-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team and contribute to a supportive work environment.

The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, coordinate with families, and may serve as charge nurse. Minnesota RN licensure and a BSN are preferred; multistate licensure may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA)
• Currently holds an RN license in the state of practice
• Ability to obtain multistate licensure if applicable

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary team; educate residents.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff as needed
