Good Samaritan – Bethany, a 79-bed long-term skilled care and transitional facility in Brainerd, Minnesota, is seeking an experienced RN for part-time evening shifts (2:00 PM–10:30 PM), totaling 16 hours per week with every other weekend and holiday coverage. Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multistate licensure (NLC).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the full nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff.
• Ensure safe, high-quality care and adherence to professional standards.
