Job summary

Good Samaritan in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care across all phases of health maintenance and treatment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Coordinate care and educate residents and families with an interdisciplinary team.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff ensuring safe patient care.
