Job summary

Good Samaritan in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process across all care phases. You will collaborate with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.

Shifts are 2pm–10:30pm, part-time (16 hours weekly) with every other weekend and holiday. Additional shift incentives apply for extended evening and weekend hours. The role requires an active RN license and a relevant nursing degree.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in state of practice or multistate licensure.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized resident care.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed personnel.
