Job summary

Responsibilities

• Utilizes nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust plans, and collaborate with care team.
• Deliver safe medication administration per protocols.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and participate in safety initiatives.
• Float to other units as needed to meet patient care needs.
• Uphold ANA ethical standards and pursue professional development.
