Job summary

The Staff Team Leader works closely with anesthesia, surgeons and support teams to ensure smooth intraoperative workflows. Requires OR nursing experience, MA RN license, and BSN (preferred).

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current MA RN license; BLS required; CNOR preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of operating room nursing experience; strong communication and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise ancillary staff to ensure safe, efficient intraoperative care.
• Coordinate equipment, instrumentation and supply needs for surgical specialties in collaboration with the health care team.
