Job summary

Beverly Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, seeks an experienced RN for Surgical Services in Beverly, MA. The OR RN will provide perioperative patient care and coordinate with the care team to ensure safe, efficient procedures.

Responsibilities include following hospital policies, maintaining patient dignity and rights, and participating in on-call rotations nights/weekends/holidays. BSN preferred; MA RN licensure and BLS required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• CNOR preferred.
• At least 1–2 years of work experience in an operating room environment, or graduation from a PeriOp 101 program.

Responsibilities

• Administers nursing care within hospital policies and procedures and ANA standards.
• May float to the Outpatient Surgery Center in Danvers when needed.
• On-call nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned.
• Collaborates in a team setting and supports CREATE values.
• Advocates for patients and families and maintains patient autonomy and confidentiality.
