The ideal candidate holds an active Florida RN license, has 1 year of nursing management experience, and understands long-term care dynamics. English fluency is required, Spanish is a plus, with strong math skills to support daily

Qualifications

• Must have active Florida RN license.
• 1 year of nursing management experience preferred.
• Previous experience in long-term care preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish preferred.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical care and supervise nursing personnel.
• Provide administrative guidance to staff and supervise nursing operations.
• Deliver nursing care to meet residents' needs per professional standards and physician orders.
• Assess residents' care needs and plan interventions to maximize function.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per approved protocols.
• Maintain accurate and informative records for each resident.
