Job summary

Cadbury at Cherry Hill is seeking an experienced RN Nursing Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure residents receive safe, compassionate care. In this leadership role, you will supervise LPNs and CNAs, monitor resident conditions, and guide clinical staff to deliver care plans per facility policies.

Applicants should hold a New Jersey RN license, have at least 2 years of RN experience, and be available for the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift, including weekends. CPR certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support nursing staff.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to work the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality resident care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and ensure individual care needs are met.
• Conduct daily rounds and follow up on changes in residents’ conditions.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff.
• Ensure medications, treatments, and nursing services are provided according to care plans and facility policies.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Review and maintain accurate documentation, including nursing notes, incidents, and medication records.
• Respond to emergencies and changes in resident conditions appropriately.
• Help ensure compliance with state regulations, facility policies, and nursing standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff development.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.
