Job summary

Cadbury at Cherry Hill is seeking an RN Nursing Supervisor to lead and support the nursing team, oversee rounds, and ensure resident care meets care plans and facility standards. This role emphasizes clinical leadership and collaboration with physicians and staff in a skilled nursing setting.

The ideal candidate holds a NJ RN license, has at least 1 year of RN experience, and can work the 3:00 PM-11:00 PM shift, including weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• High-quality clinical judgment and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Availability for 3:00 PM-11:00 PM shift, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and ensure their individual care needs are met.
• Conduct rounds and follow up on changes in residents’ conditions.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff.
• Ensure medications, treatments, and nursing services are provided according to care plans and facility policies.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Review and maintain accurate nursing documentation, including progress notes, incident reports, and medication records.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in residents’ conditions.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, facility policies, and nursing standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff development.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.

• Ability to lead, motivate, and support nursing staff.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Availability to work the 3:00 PM-11:00 PM shift, including weekends and holidays as needed.
