Job summary

Carlton Shores Health & Rehab Center in Daytona Beach, FL seeks an evenings Nursing Supervisor (RN/LPN) to oversee care delivery and supervise the nursing team. You will assess resident needs, develop care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise CNAs in a fast-paced sub-acute setting.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN or LPN license required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and participate in process improvements to enhance care and workflow.
• Complete resident assessments at admission and discharge.
• Supervise nursing staff and allocate duties to LPNs and CNAs.
• Document services rendered for billing and care records.
• Make daily rounds to monitor care and resident status.
• Enforce nursing policies, educate staff, and ensure infection control.
• Review charting weekly for accuracy and completeness.
• Address staffing shortages by arranging replacements.
• Track infection control and care trends for proactive improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
