Exalt Health Rehabilitation Hospital Daytona LLC in Daytona Beach seeks a Nursing Supervisor to lead our RN and LPN teams in delivering high‑quality, compassionate care to patients undergoing intensive rehabilitation. You will guide direct patient care, coordinate the nursing staff, and support care quality initiatives in a fast-paced hospital setting.
The role emphasizes leadership, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a strong commitment to rehabilitation outcomes.
Formación
- RN license in the state of practice (in good standing).
- Current BLS certification.
- ACLS certification a plus.
- CRRN certification a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Provide direct patient care: assess needs, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with the care team.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff: assign tasks, provide feedback, and ensure policy adherence.
- Monitor quality and safety: track outcomes, identify risks, and participate in quality improvement.
- Promote patient-centered care: foster a respectful environment and advocate for patient needs.
- Support unit operations: assist with scheduling, budgeting, and cross-department collaboration.
