Advanced Care Center in Florida is seeking an Evening RN/LPN Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing team with compassion and dedication. The role focuses on day-to-day supervision, staff interviews, and maintaining consistent practices while ensuring high-quality patient care.

You will assign duties, participate in department meetings, and communicate performance expectations, working to support geriatric care and foster a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a Nurse in good standing and currently licensed by the state of Florida.
• Must have clinical experience, education or specialty skills specific to geriatrics.
• Must be able to relate positively and favorably to customers and families and to work cooperatively with others.
• Related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day supervision of personnel
• Participate as requested in the interviewing and hiring of nursing personnel
• Maintaining consistent practices
• Effectively communicates performance expectations
• Assigning specific duties for customers' care, work hours, breaks, and meal periods for nursing personnel on unit
• Attend and participate in department meetings.
