Job summary

Good Samaritan in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for evening, full-time care of residents in a not-for-profit setting with over 100 years of service. The RN will assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in coordination with families and a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include resident education, care coordination, and delegation to licensed/unlicensed staff while maintaining standards of nursing practice and ethics.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing; multistate licensure if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process to residents.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and inter-disciplinary team; assist charge nurse as needed.
