Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the state where practice occurs; multi-state licensure if in an NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed or unlicensed staff within competencies.
