Job summary

Good Samaritan is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the International Falls, MN facility to deliver individualized nursing care and coordinate resident health plans. The role emphasizes collaborative teamwork with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary staff to ensure high-quality care in a Christian, not-for-profit environment.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning and evaluation of care, with potential charge nurse duties and supervision of licensed and unlicensed staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate resident assessment and education and support delegated tasks as needed.
