Job summary

United Methodist Communities is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for the evening shift at Bristol Glen in Newton, NJ. You will provide direct nursing care to residents and participate in care planning with a team recognized as a Great Place to Work for nine straight years.

The role offers $40.33-$50.33/hour based on experience, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus for the full-time evening shift, with additional shift and weekend differentials.

Qualifications

Active RN license in New Jersey.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program or associate degree in nursing.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
Flu vaccination (medical and religious exemptions available).

Responsibilities

Assess and monitor resident health status throughout your shift.
Admit, discharge, and transfer residents.
Deliver hands-on nursing care according to each resident's care plan.
Administer medications and document care accurately and on time.
Take part in care planning, assessments, and evaluations.
Work with residents, families, and the care team to support each resident's well-being.
