Job summary

United Methodist Communities’ Bristol Glen in Newton, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a compassionate team serving assisted living residents. Pay ranges from $40.33 to $50.33 per hour and shifts include 2:45p-11:15p and 10:45p-7:15p with every other weekend rotation.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program with NJ RN license, 21+ years old, and prior long-term care/assisted living experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care or assisted living is preferred but not always required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing support that promotes the health and well‑being of Assisted Living residents
• Monitor resident status and communicate changes or concerns as needed
• Assist with resident transitions, assessments, and service plan updates
• Maintain accurate documentation of medications, services, and observations
• Contribute to resident evaluations and individualized care planning
• Collaborate with residents, families, providers, and team members
• Foster a safe, supportive, and resident‑focused Assisted Living environment

What You’ll Need:

• Must be 21 years or older

• Current and active RN license in New Jersey (required)
• Previous experience in long‑term care or assisted living (required)

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
