Job summary

Bristol Glen, an United Methodist Communities (UMC) community in Newton, NJ, is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse for the evening shift. You will deliver direct nursing care to residents and work within a team recognized as a Great Place to Work for nine straight years.

This role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time evenings, $2 evening and overnight diffs, $1.50 weekend diff, and pay of $33–$40/hour based on experience. Shift is 3:00 PM–11:00 PM with weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in New Jersey.
• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
• Flu vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor resident health status throughout your shift
• Admit, discharge, and transfer residents
• Deliver hands-on nursing care according to each resident's care plan
• Administer medications and document care accurately and on time
• Take part in care planning, assessments, and evaluations
• Work with residents, families, and the care team to support each resident's well-being
