Job summary
The long term care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, Minnesota, provides individualized nursing care using the nursing process and collaborates with the resident, family and inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care. This part-time role (2pm-10:30pm, 16 hours/week) includes every other weekend/holiday, shift differentials, and access to earnings daily.
A current RN license and accredited nursing degree are required; Bachelor’s in Nursing
Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
- Current RN license in the state where practice occurs.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
- Coordinate care with residents, families and interdisciplinary teams.
- May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff as appropriate.
