Job summary

The long term care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, Minnesota provides individualized nursing care using the nursing process, collaborates with residents, families and an interdisciplinary team, and delivers care across prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis and treatment.

As needed, you may serve as charge nurse, delegate tasks to licensed or unlicensed staff, and ensure safe, reliable care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Possess and maintain unencumbered RN license in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate and delegate tasks to ensure safe, reliable resident care.
