Job summary

Hospitals of Providence in El Paso, TX seeks an Evening Shift Registered Nurse to provide direct clinical patient care, assess, plan, and implement care per shift while supervising staff to ensure high-quality nursing.

The RN will support the Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining safe patient care, staff competency, and resource management, administer medications, and participate in emergency codes and coordinated patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, safe, total nursing care to patients.
• Coordinate and integrate patient care based on the nursing process.
• Direct care following safety standards, risk management, QI, and infection control to optimize patient outcomes.
• Coordinate and plan patient care within prescribed medical regimes.
