Job summary

The Hospitals of Providence - Trans Mountain Campus in El Paso, TX seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for night shift. This role provides direct clinical patient care, supervises staff, and supports the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe nursing care and appropriate resource management.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient care, administering medications per policy, adhering to safety and infection control standards, and fulfilling hospital incident command

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 1 YOE RN experience for PRN status.
• Current license and BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, safe nursing care to all patients.
• Coordinate and integrate patient care based on the nursing process.
• Direct care per standards of safety, risk management, QA, and Infection Control.
• Coordinate and plan patient care within the prescribed medical regime.
• Administer medications safely per hospital policy.
• Fulfill HICS responsibilities during emergencies and disasters.
• Know and act on hospital emergency codes and procedures.
